General Responsibilities: Monitor and control a portfolio of partner balances, activity and payments against their credit limit, including: - Responsible for ensuring on time cash collection and allocation - Anticipating developments and accounts requiring special attention - Timely analysis and reconciliations (sometime complex) of queried/disputed transactions, including discussion with partners, to recommend resolution to the Finance Director and Finance Manager - 
Works with a minimum of direction on collection of overdue partner accounts within EAC policy - Regularly in contact with partners and internal stakeholders including finance and sales teams Assist with setting up partners on the EAC program in accordance with the EAC guidelines, and other EAC related tasks 
Provide adhoc finance team support as and when requested 
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in credit control with responsibility for an assigned portfolio of receivables/debtors 
Analysis: Ability to anticipate implications of activity levels on partner balances against approved credit limits Problem solving: Investigate statements issued against payments received (at a transactional level) and develop a solution for discussion with the Finance Director and Finance Manager Relationship building: Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders, e.g. finance and sales, and partners whilst engaging in effective written and oral communication Computer skills: Strong Excel skills Delivery: Ability to deliver to schedule with minimal supervision Personal attributes: Maturity, supportable viewpoints and deliver under pressure
