Based in Manchester you will deliver exceptional customer service and offer expert and knowledgeable travel advice supporting internal and external clients. 

Key Areas Of Responsibility:

Processing tickets 
Clearing Ticketing error returns
Action Out of hours requests via Amadeus
Adhering to all process and working practices to fully support the off-line function to both internal and external clients
Problem Solving

Airline Queue - Miscellaneous Service, Schedule Change, Wait list Feedback
Amadeus Car Queue – Unidentified Message
Car E Voucher not issued / Car on request

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Strong Customer Service Experience
• Amadeus Knowledge 
• Airline rules knowledge preferred  
• German native speaker
• Ticketing knowledge in a business travel environment - highly advantageous
• Experience in a similar blue-chip corporate travel environment - desirable
• Strong communication skills – friendly, confident manner with all levels
• Experience of web-based booking tools
• Presentable, flexible with a desire to succeed
