The UK Ice-Cream Marketing Manager position will be a critical role within the Refreshment team. They are looking for a future thinking, experienced marketer, who has a passion for market development and driving success by redefining ways of working. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer, market and channels —and who is an expert at turning strategy into reality. This role is charged with identifying and exploiting new growth opportunities within our Ice-Cream Category — based on consumer needs, behaviours and beauty trends. This role must drive cross functional collaboration in order to push concepts from ideation to reality in the UK market. 
Here is what you will do: 
• Lead & own marketing strategy, development & deployment of the UK Ice-Cream business. 
• Brand Marketing Planning - Brand Positioning & Brand Strategic Plan with 12Qtr horizon, Communication Strategy & Brand Communication Idea & Asset Development 
• Innovation Funnel & Project Leadership of projects with responsibility for full 6Ps and cross-functional team 
• Annual Brand Planning from Concept to Deployment and 12 Month Activity Planning including Media/Consumer & Retailer/Shopper 
• Responsible for business forecast and delivery 
• Be a thought leader in digital marketing 
• Line Management responsibilities 
Key Skills Needed: 
• A holistic marketing skill set, with as much passion for strategy & creative development as execution and financials with a focus on growth mindset & bias for action. 
• A strong commercial business mind-set – ability to deliver on a P&L and make long term strategic decisions 
• A strong team leader/influencer - Building strong relationships within the global and local marketing teams & across functions as well as with Customer Development 
What You’ll Need to Succeed 
• 5-10 years of local & global marketing experience 
• Consumer & market understanding 
• Experience of full ownership of P&L
